
first off, thanks to everyone for helping make the event possible, Donnie and Eduard from Blackbird, Chef Mike, Paul and Patrick for the great food, Barnaby and crew at 3 Floyds for the beers, Andrew from Andrew Rafacz for helping organizing, all the guests who came out and supported and of coarse Lori for all the help with install as well as for putting up with me on a daily basis.

the third course, Turbot with spaghetti squash, manderin orange and popped sorgham

Chef Patrick made a great dessert pulling some shape references from the work in the space. fromage blanc panna cotta with poached pears, "dark lord" reduction and muscavado ice cream.

the last 2 beers of the night, Popskull and Dark Lord (Gargantuan Russian Stout brewed with coffee, molasses, and honey). not sure how the photo got blurred but i think my head was feeling the same at the time so it works.
