i had the Smoked and Spicy Alligator Sausage with Cajun Shrimp Remoulade and Mezzo Secco Jack Cheese with a fire dog on the side.
and mr. fasman tried the Cognac-Infused Lamb and Pork Sausage with Spinach Raita and Delice de Jura Cheese with a polish and some cheese fries on the side.
