MORE TALK

MAS CONTEXT : ANALOG will gather a group of emerging and established practitioners within the field of design who will discuss their work based on proposed themes. The event will include presentations by photographers, filmmakers, architects, urban designers, graphic designers and industrial designers.

Speakers include Lee Bey,  David Schalliol,  Jessica Rodrigue,  John Szot (John Szot Studio),  Andrew Moddrell and Christopher Marcinkoski (PORT), Sarah Dunn (UrbanLab), Stewart Hicks and Allison Newmeyer (Design With Company), Brian Strawn and Karla Sierralta (Strawn.Sierralta), Jeremiah Chiu (Plural), Karen Semone (VSA Partners), Cheryl Towler Weese (Studio Blue), Jason Pickleman (JNL Graphic Design), Caroline Linder and Lisa Smith (ODL), Cody Hudson (Struggle Inc), Martha Cotton (gravitytank) and Rick Valicenti (Thirst).

Golden Age, the artist-run project space located in the West Loop, will set up their shop in the space. And Plural, the Chicago-based creative studio practice who has designed the awesome poster for the event, will exhibit their work during the event. A closing party will follow the presentations.
