FLORENCE + THE MACHINE

did a little typographic poster for Florence + the Machine based on lyrics from their songs. it is part of an artist series poster set they did with the other posters done by some great artists including Jessica Hische, Anthony Burrill, Brent Rollins, David Shrigley, Jody Barton and Will Bryant.

THE PARANOIA OF TIME at CARTER & CITIZEN

Carter & Citizen is pleased to present The Paranoia of Time, an exhibition curated by John Knuth including works by Heather Cantrell, Craig Doty, Jesse Fleming, Cameron Gainer, Julian Hoeber, Cody Hudson, Dawn Kasper, James Krone, Karen Lofgren, John Seal, Aaron Spangler and Greg Wilken. The exhibition opens Friday, March 30th and closes April 28th, 2012. 

The Paranoia of Time brings together works that deal with the element of time - encroaching, inevitable, inescapable.

Studio Visit is a unique exhibition featuring both the works and studio practice of Chicago-based artists Stephen Eichhorn, Cody Hudson, and Chad Kouri, curated by Purdue MFA candidate Garet Martin at Purdue University’s Patti and Rusty Rueff West Gallery. The exhibition will conclude with an evening lecture by the artists, as presented through generous support from the Dr. Barbara Walker Visiting Artist Series.

On Display: January 30th - February 17th, 2012
Artists in Studio: February 13th - 17th
Closing Reception: February 17th, 6-9pm

STUDIO VISIT

Studio Visit is open through February 17th with an artist lecture on the 16th at Purdue University.

NEVER STOP: THE LEBRON JAMES ISSUE

To coincide with the launch of the LEBRON 9 and his Nike Sportswear Collection Doubleday & Cartwright designed this newsprint zine and asked me to contribute some illustrations about LeBron's life and times.

thanks to the Doubleday & Cartwright crew and special shout to my super homie Kimou Meyer aka Grotesk for art directing the piece and adding my bad doodles to the mix.
